I have come upon some great "epiphanies" (is that spelled right) as I have been thinking about the big areas I can shed.  I have a TON of creative memories stuff that has never even been opened.  I'm a confirmed obsessive compulsive person and that was one part of my life were I was obsessed with scrapbooking.  I hate to "donate" the items knowing how much I paid for them but don't have the time to sell them on ebay.  So what to do?  Can I repurpose them instead???  Well, I have a huge amount of recipes that I want to keep but they are nothing but a mess.  So my daughter has offered to cut and clip all the magazine recipes and glue them into the creative memories pages.  Yeah!!!  My recipes are now organized and useable.  My extra scrapbooking stuff is being used not just stored......and whatever is left will get donated!!!

Good going, Mickey.  It's amazing how much energy you can generate by getting rid of clutter, organizing what you actually use.  Nice collaboration too...getting help from someone else.  cn

Just finished taking all of my CDs out of those horrible plastic cases and sorting them into special CD albums from Overstock.com.  They look like books when placed on the shelf.  This feels great--before, I had totally non-functionable storage for this collection.  That resulted in piles of CDs all over the house and not being able to find the ones I wanted.  Now I have each category of music in a separate book and I think this will be wonderful !!  What a feeling of accomplishment to have finished a project I've been waffling about for a long time !!!!
